Plastisol Printing

Plastisol inks are the most commonly used inks for printing onto garments, and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics. Plastisol inks are not water-soluble, although there are different additives to mix into the inks to create a softer print. We use One Stroke Inks exclusively.

Discharge Printing

Discharge ink is a water based product that is formulated to deactivate the dyes used on natural fabrics. This particular print method leaves your shirt feeling like there is nothing printed on it at all.....because instead of sitting on top of the shirt, like plastisol inks, discharge printing becomes part of the shirt.

Direct to Garment Printing

DTG printing is the process of printing onto garments and textiles using ink jet technology by running garments through a large computer printer.
This process is great when printing very small orders or even one-offs and especially when using designs that are full color or ones that include photo based imagery.

Tag Printing

Tag printing is when the manufacturer's branded tags are removed from the garments, and a custom printed tag replaces it. In some cases, the tags made to tear away, and sometimes we will have to cut eat tag prior to printing. This method works best when using minimal artwork and lower mesh counts on screens.

Custom Labeling

Setting up your brand with custom labeling is an important decision, as it adds the final touches with what you want to relay to your end customer. Whether it is sew-in tags, cuff tags, etc., the LLP team is here to help move your merch forward and help you build your brand so you can focus on the big picture.

Special Handling

Special handling refers to when we take care of your merch post production such as hang tagging, poly bagging and sticker labeling. Great if you need your items properly sorted, folded, labeled and bagged to meet retail standards OR if you simply want to ship your items to your end customer in line with your brand.

Simulated Process

This is a process where we simulate a full color design using spot colors. Another process we would use for a full color design is 4 Color Process or CMYK printing which blends the colors Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow by printing wet-on-wet. We would then bring the design together using the KEY color, which is black. It will depend on a few factors when choosing either of these methods. Our experts will let you know what would work best for your design!

Embroidery

Thread, needles, and fast machines can summarize embroidery. We have the capabilities to digitize your design and send over a digital sew out prior to production. This service is great for sports teams, corporate apparel, the beverage industry, and just about anything else you can imagine. Hat transfers work on almost any hat style and is very cost effective. If your project requires a full color design, fine detail, and you are on a budget on want an effect of a direct print, hat transfers may be the perfect choice! Our experts are here to guide you every step of the way!

Embroidery

Just like embroidery on apparel, direct embroidery works great for headwear as well. Depending on your artwork, it can give a sleek and professional look or a fun and fashion forward feel to your brand!

3D Puff Embroidery

This is a really cool method where we use an underlying foam material, raising the design off of the hat, to create a 3 dimensional feel and appearance. We are obsessed!

Patches

Our favorite application for headwear! There are multiple choices such as embroidered, woven, printed, photo, or PVC patches. We are here to help you narrow down what will work best for your project and brand.
